SCREWLY G
Shiiiit, I ain't gon lie that's decent, like, I can't really describe the feeling for real, It feel good though, fasho fasho. I like the attention the a motherfucka get. Like I been known around where I'm from though, but like, being known outside of the city though, like, that shit feel decent though. Like I fuck with that
So i heard you say earlier you don't really consider yourself a rapper for real, huh?
I ain't saying that like on no street shit like no over tough nigga, but I'm saying, like, how you got Lil] Durk, Rod Wave, YB, YTB Fatt, like a lot of mainstream rappers, you know, like 21 Savage like a lot of big just, you know niggas who we grew up listening to. I don't feel like I reached that peak yet.

SCREWLY G
Yeah, So bro was damn near 10. Nah so it was out a couple years. Then he did it. So yeah, around when he made it, they was fucking around with a song. Shiiiit, They didn't drop that shit. We wasn't going nowhere with that, but over the time shit motherfuckers did, like lil"Juvenile" shit, you know that type shit, like, you just adapt to shit you feel me. And I like beats though and I like music. And then shit, like, locally, I always knew I was decent, like in my city I knew. Like that shit, wasn't no question, but like when niggas I grew up listening to was fucking with me. I was like yeah, gotta take that serious type shit. And Iwant to say the money too, but like, we was never no broke ass niggas. So it ain't really about no paper. But, yeah, that's really the main reason.

What artist you grew up listening to?

SCREWLY G
Shit damn near Lil Boosie, shit my pops used to fuck with Young Jeezy a lot, you know OG listened to you know, Keisha Cole and all that type shit. But as far as on me, you know like, Boosie, Sosa, I fuck with Durk coming up. I ain't gonna lie. I fucked with a couple people coming up but the main I really liked was like, Boosie, Webbie n them, like, that trill shit, that ratchet type shit, you know what i'm saying.

So what song would you say popped you off for real? What was the first song you seen doing numbers and labels start reaching out to you.

SCREWLY G
In my opinion "Fein For Murder", but "Fuck the opps" because of that little shit that happened and motherfuckers tried to, like, paint a picture, but real street niggas know, but that's neither here nor there. But I feel like, "Fuck the opps" really what made it because they thought motherfuckers damn near died in that motherfucka, but I say "Fein For Murder" though, because that's what a lot of motherfuckas islike, DMing me. But Fuck the opps, that's like the main one tho.

What was the first artist to reach out to you that caught you by surprise.

SCREWLY G
Shit, I can't say who reached out to me first, but like, on some real shit, like the person when I, like, when we did reach out to each other. Like, talk to each other. Like, I was surprised was like, JDot Breezy, damn near. Like I really relate to bro music type shit. And then, like, the main one I seen Rod Wave play my "Come On Let's Go" song. And then I had seen [YTB] Fatt was fucking with me, that was definitely different for me cause, like, bro like, a motivation for the trenches you know what I'm saying, like bro like a real stand up solid nigga. So yeah them, for sure.

How your mom feel about you doing music? Is she supportive of it?

SCREWLY G
Yeah, my mama know me. Like, you could interview my mama, she gonna tell you I ain't lied about none that I said. Like she proud, she worried though, like, you know what I'm saying, like, just because of the lifestyle and the image that's out there, but she definitely proudthough, I ain't gonna lie, because, like, we was never poor though, like, I ain't one of them niggas, that's like "we had it hard". Like we had it hard, but it was like, we had enough, like it was shit motherfuckers wanted, but shit we wasn't poor, we wasn't overly fucked up, but niggas wasnt Silver Spoon either though, you know what i'm saying, my pops passed at 14, and that's when like shit got like.... you know? Had to man up.
